Enabling ftalarm command

To enable ftalarm automatic startup, one has to edit systemd unit file with ‘systemctl edit openFT@instancename’ command and uncomment ExecStartPost action starting ftalarm. In case of single-user mode, ftalarm is enabled as it was before, so by editing openFTinst script.
