Single-user mode

&pagelevel(5)&pagelevel

In general single-user mode is not handled by systemd in any way. Usual openFT commands can be used, as they were before, e.g. ftstart, ftstop. The only exception is that during instance creation with ftcrei command, it is automatically enabled in systemd and on deletion with ftdeli, it is disabled.

Remark

OpenFT starts in multi user mode after new installation. Update or correction installation preserves openFT mode. If openFT was running in multi-user mode, it runs in multi-user mode after the update or correction installation. If openFT was running in single user mode, single user mode is retained if openFT is installed again.
