An LWRESD for the real host and virtual hosts

LWRESD can be used for the real host and all virtual hosts. This means that LWRESD need only be started once for all active BCAM hosts and only exists once.

Irrespective of any entries in the application file, the list port of LWRESD is always opened on the real host. This ensures that constant monitoring is no longer required to recognize a newly started virtual host. This is because each LWRESD client sends its queries directly to the list port on the real host.
