In the case of automatic end system creation the network configuration of a partner system is automatically generated directly at the time a communication association is created.
The processor and route entries are created for this purpose if the partner system is reached using the IP, IPv6 or ISO8473 protocol. Which entries may be generated is determined on the one hand by corresponding BCAM options for automatic end system creation and on the other hand via BCAM control files and/or DNS.
Automatic end system creation is a function provided by BCAM which is described in detail in the section “Automatic end system creation (AEC)”.
