BCCONP: Connection proposal for application

You use the BCCONP command to request an application in the local system to establish a connection to an application in the local or remote system).

<application-name 1..8>
Denotes the application to which the connection is to be set up.

<processor-name 1..8>
Denotes the partner system to which the connection is to be set up and in which the application resides.

PART=<application-name 1..8>
Denotes the application (application-name) in the local host, which receives the connection proposal.

Command logging

For reasons of compatibility, successful processing is acknowledged with news BCA0763, and unsuccessful processing with news BCA0762, followed by the message NBR0740. In addition, for positive acknowledgments the message BCA063E may appear.
A description of the error messages that can be issued during command processing is provided in the table below.
