Branching instructions

BCAM includes three classes of branching instructions.

• Host-specific branching instructions

• System-specific branching instructions

• Command result-specific branching instructions

Branching instructions of different classes can be internested with each other.

You must make the following setting if the branching instructions are to be effective:

BCOPTION CMDFILE-CONTINUATION=ALL-RESULTS

The CMDFILE-CONTINUATION mechanism has a higher priority than the branching instructions.
