DUMP-LWRESD-CACHE - Outputting LWRESD cache to a file

You use the DUMP-LWRESD-CACHE command to output the LWRESD cache to the dump file defined in the (RE)START-LWRESD command. If a dump file already exists for the cache, this is deleted first. LWRESD then regenerates the file and locks it.
