Support for the UTM cluster concept

UTM supports the creation of clusters which consist of multiple similar UTM applications (node applications). This section describes how WebAdmin supports the UTM cluster concept.
Note:In this document, the terms "cluster" or "UTM cluster" are frequently used as shorthand for "UTM cluster application".
