Property page for a UTM cluster and node application

The property page for a UTM cluster and for a node application has additional tabs named 'Cluster' and 'Cluster Current' which contain the general and the current properties of the UTM cluster respectively.
The following values can be changed on the 'Cluster' tab for a UTM cluster on this property page (this is not possible on a node application's property page because changes there apply globally to the clusters):

• 'Alive Check Timer (sec)'
• 'Communication Retry'
• 'Reply Timer (sec)'
• 'Restart Timer (sec)'
• 'File Lock Timer (sec)'
• 'File Lock Retry'
• 'Deadlock Prevention'
