UTM user commands for terminals

This section describes all of the UTM user commands available to the terminal user:

• KDCOUT, for requesting asynchronous messages

• KDCDISP, for requesting the last dialog message again

• KDCLAST, for repeating the last output

• KDCOFF, for signing off
