/CREATE-VM-CPU-POOL
is used to create a CPU pool in VM2000.
CPUs, VMs and VM groups (SU /390) can be assigned to a created CPU pool.
This command is reserved for the VM2000 administrator.

CPU-POOL-NAME = <name 1..8>
Name of the new CPU pool.
On SU x86, the characters #, $ and @ should not be used in the CPU pool name.
