Disconnection of a processor from the XCS network

If the XCS configuration contains errors, a coordinated exit with a leave reconfiguration is not possible. If HIPLEX MSCF is terminated in this state, the processor is removed from the XCS network by disconnecting itself from the network. The registered functions are terminated in succession. When the XCS functionality has been cleared down in full, the processor disconnects from the partners. The partners then perform a fail reconfiguration, whereby the relevant processor is removed from the XCS configuration and the global resources are recovered.
