The description below assumes that you are operating MT9750 using a mouse. Any exceptions from this assumption are indicated separately. MT9750 can also be operated without a mouse. In this case, use the key combinations in the menus.
Mouse pointer and cursor
The mouse pointer takes the form of an arrow, while the BS2000 cursor within the session window is displayed as a block or an underscore (depending on the configuration). In this manual:
the term “pointer” refers to the mouse pointer,
the term “BS2000 cursor” refers to the cursor in the BS2000 session window.
There is also a position indicator, which is associated with copy/paste of data (see section “Copying and pasting screen data” ). This is displayed as an upright block and is referred to as the marking cursor.
