LWRESD client in SOCKETS(BS2000)

In SOCKETS(BS2000) all supported DNS functions are forwarded as a query to LWRESD.
If LWRESD cannot return a positive response of a DNS server, SOCKETS(BS2000) attempts to obtain the required information from the BCAM-internal management structures.
