Inserting a CD/DVD

1. Check that the drive indicator is not bright.

2. Push the eject button briefly. The drive tray slides open.

3. Place the CD/DVD in the tray with the label facing upward.

4. Press the tray gently in the direction of the drive until it locks in place.

If the indicator does not go dark after a CD/DVD has been inserted but stays bright without the CD/DVD being accessed, this probably means that the CD/DVD is damaged or dirty.
