Removing a CD/DVD

If the indicator on the DVD drive lights up, the drive is being accessed. Wait until the indicator is dark.
Make sure that no application is using the device.

1. When the drive indicator has gone out, the CD/DVD can then be ejected using /UNLOAD-TAPE (if the device is still attached in the BS2000 system) or by briefly pressing the eject button.
   The drive tray slides open.

   If the CD/DVD is not ejected, the drive is defective and the CD/DVD must be removed manually, see below.

2. Remove the CD/DVD from the tray.

3. Press the tray gently in the direction of the drive until it locks in place.
