Changes since the last version of the manual

The following major changes have been made since the previous manual:

• The HIPLEX MSCF README file has been integrated.

• The manual has been brought in line with BS2000 V21.0.

• The section “Live Monitor of HIPLEX AF” has been removed. The configuration parameter FADING-INTERVAL is no longer relevant.
